I had a car accident 5 years ago and we are just now going to trial. (State Farm does not want to pay under my underinsured coverage.) The other driver was 100% at fault but she was terribly underinsured. Her coverage did not even cover all the bills and we have been paying everything out of pocket for the last 5 years to the tune of thousands of dollars. We are scheduled to go to court sometime next week--we are on the docket for Monday but do not know for sure which day we will be in court. Prayers are coveted.

We have not heard anything--we thought we might hear something before Monday but nothing as of yet--looks like we may be headed to court. I am grateful that I have lots of notes and the support of two well known and respected doctors who agree on my condition.
